“First time here and it won't be our last... Enjoyed a delicious bourbon burger. The fish and chips was one of the best we have ever had. We travel to a lot of East Coast towns and have eaten a lot of fish and chips but this fish was in the top two of all of our dining experiences. Our bartender was so sweet and attentive and made the perfect drink. Enjoyed the atmosphere and there was plenty of parking around back. Try the peanut butter pie.. Yummy“

I have a almost three year old with that said this place was just so nice going in at 3pm - we had a little area to ourselves and the food was amazing. My girl ordered the pizza didnt touch any of it as she was too busy eating my pork chop and her grand parents yummy meat loaf and truffle mac and cheese All of us left stuffed and happy It was just too darn yummy ! “Haven’t been here for several years and tonight wondered why not? Amazing service from Edwin and the table staff from the time we were seated until the moment we left. Calamari was lightly breaded and served with both a delightful pesto and zesty Thai chile sauce. Preferred the wedge over the Caesar salad, however, both were tasty. Our family had three different steaks with a variety of sauces. The 6 ounce fillet was to die for. All were served with the perfect temp ordered. And then there were the truffle fries. Seasoned with truffle salt, not saturated in truffle oil. No words. Forgot to mention wonderful 3 piece band playing which added to the night. Forgot about the garden room, which we will request next time as a little less formal than where we were seated. We travel often and dine out often and this is a rare exception a recommendation is made. 5-star experience tonight and highly recommend.“

“This was our first time at Stoner Grill and it was so good I’m posting a review! I got the special: Candied Walnut crusted salmon over sweet potatoes and carrots. I asked for it rare and it was delicious! Cooked perfectly, except the carrots were a little undercooked. I couldn’t cut through them easily.
Our server Olivia couldn’t have been better. She was professional and knowledgeable about the menu yet friendly and very patient with me, who couldn’t decide what to get. I’m so glad I got the special.
My friend’s order was the buffalo blue chicken quesadilla which had neither buffalo sauce nor blue cheese inside and we checked all quadrants, but fear not; Olivia promptly brought blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce. Great service.
There happened to be an office party celebrating Halloween so that was fun to see and Olivia told us about the different theme nights they have. We are definitely coming back for some of those.
All in all, it was a great meal with great service and we really enjoyed the whole experience. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the atmosphere. The string lights, the lighting, and the well-appointed look of the barn was really inviting.“

“One of the great food stands at Southern Market, offering innovative farm fresh cuisine. Loved everything; but, have to give a huge shout out to the turkey melt. This isn't Grandpa's turkey melt....it is an extraordinary sandwich with thick turkey cuts, fresh crisp sourdough and just enough tang from the cranberry compote. I'm a fan...“

The only thing is that most of the time you have to call back to back before anyone answers the phone and when you arrive, the staff seems a little chaotic and overwhelmed - maybe they're understaffed? “This is our very favorite restaurant, however due to a very large crowd this evening, we had to sit at the bar. It was nice at first. But our waitress/bartender was a bit rude to us and didn't even check on how our meals came out, offer more beverages, refills and did not offer dessert. We usually tip very well but didn't this time. The crowd had really dispersed by the time we had our meals so there was really no excuse for the bad service. We will continue to go back of course becasue we love it there but hoping for a better experience.“

“Funcks is a good distance from my house, but I enjoy going there because the food and service is always on point. I am also a big fan of the beer list. It always has something that I like to drink.. When we arrived today. The bartender greeted us before we were even able to sit down. There were three bartenders all very attentive. They each interacted with us during our visit. The food was perfect as always, as well as the service .I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“We stopped in to visit since our neighbors bought the place and updated it. They did an amazing job, plus the food was wonderful. Bell and Evans chicken adds the perfect upscale touch. The ice cream was delicious as well, and the petting zoo was full of adorable animals and even included two ponies! Well worth the time and money to stop!“

Our server, Cierra, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We ordered the soup of the day (potato and corn chowder), and vegetable scampi over linguini, and both were wonderful (so flavorful and featured fresh ingredients). Presentation reflected care and attention to detail. Desserts (pecon bourbon pie and strawberry cake) were superb, and the cosmopolitan was perfect! I wish I was staying in the area an additional day because I would return for dinner tonight. Wonderful addition to dining options in the area. Highly recommend.“

“Always loved going to Harrisburg Lancaster Brewing. Good food and beer at that one. We came to this one for the first time and loved it. Bartender Friday afternoon was absolutely amazing. Great personality and knowledge of the beers. They had an insane amount of good beers on tap, and always love their seltzer. This time it was a pomegranate one that was great. Would have gotten it to go, but didn’t have it in cans (small fridge at hotel wouldn’t support a growler). However, we did get both their barrel aged beers to go! Didn’t try the food this time, but will for sure next time we visit!! They had some great affordable weekday happy hour food specials. Oh, they now have spirits too!! Pretty good and well priced at bar. However, a bit pricy to buy a bottle to go. Nephew had to have a bottle of the whiskey though, so you know it was good!!“

“The octopus appetizer was not at all rubbery and tough to chew... not the way the chef prepared it. It was tender, almost melt in your mouth and so delicious. The gazpacho was very tasty and left my partner wanting more. I had the Greek salad with a special dressing the chef has been working on and he has apparently perfected it. Yum! Our fish entrees were both big winners. Both the halibut and the branzino were exceptional, as were the sides which came with them. We couldn't have had any finer meals. Finally, the vanilla chocolate cheesecake topped with cherries went down so well with my Irish coffee. It was an end to a very fine meal.“

“While I like most of Stoltzfus’s items, I’ve been disappointed in their chicken salad. It used to be a staple in our home but seems like they’ve changed the recipe. It’s now so runny with mayo (or whatever they use) that it plops right off our sandwiches. They’ve also seem to cut back on the celery which added a nice contrasting crunch. Please bring back the old recipe.“

“Awsome, If I lived near this establishment, I would be a regular. There were 7 in our party, and I did not hear one complaint. We would recommend everything we tried. Mac and cheese, chili, hot roast beef, fries, burgers, all the way down to the Barq's.“

“Where to start. We have probably driven by this place dozens of times as we pass through Lancaster back to home in Maryland. We were looking for a place to grab dinner and saw this on Yelp (sorry Tripadvisor). Wow! There is a fairly limited menu of either burgers, cheesesteaks or chicken dishes. But who needs a million choices when what they do, they do amazingly. We got the single patty burgers. You can go up to four, yes, four. We also ordered them with the fried cheese curd, which is a patty of mozzarella cheese that's deep fried and put on the burger. Did I say "yummy!" yet? Made with a fresh beef patty and put on a buttered bun, it was soooo good! The burger was just absolutely delicious. Best burger I've had in ages, hands down. And where can you get a fresh made burger for $5.99? I mean really, $5.99. The fried cheese curd added $2.25 but well worth it for still less than $8.50. We also ordered a side of fries and an order of onion rings. The onion rings were just how I like them with a crispy panko style coating. They were great! Again, best onion rings I've had in a long time, if not forever. We barely touched the hand cut fries due to filling up on the burger and onion rings, but they were also good. We got the Route 66 sauce on the burgers and a cup to dip the onion rings in. Again, delicious. Note that if you are looking for bacon on your burger, this is a Halal restaurant and there is none. I'm a big fan of bacon on my burger, but you won't need it, trust me. This is definitely a place we will be coming back to. A bit of warning that parking may be a little challenging for folks not used to driving in a city and inside the place is pretty tight. We did not have to wait for a table, but I imagine there could be a wait at times. But it would be well worth any wait!!“

The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.

They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.
