“I've passed this restaurant a hundred times, not realizing what it was. A friend took me for lunch. I had the best BLT I've had in a while. My friend got Nathan's chicken sandwich. It looked delicious. I'd like to try it during my next visit. The restaurant is small, but still has a nice environment and atmosphere.”

“Not sure how I never ate here before. Delicious food, generous portions, friendly and hard working owners. Seriously good food. While waiting for takeout order was treated to a taste of the pork and rice and beans. Perfect! Son stated his sandwich was packed full of meat. We will return soon!”

“My husband ordered takeout for us and our 16 month to eat for lunch and it was delicious! Simple street tacos, chips and salsa. My daughter gobbled up the quesadilla which makes us happy! Mexican doesn’t need to be complicated and do it right!”

“Saw the sign, parked and walked inside. I was greeted by a very nice person who knew what they were doing. I requested a specific meal and was asked a number of questions about how I wanted my sandwich. Their suggestions probably made the sandwich better and when I ate within the establishment, it was clean and the music wasn’t as loud as a disco like so many of the other food joints I’ve visited lately! ??”

“Super good food and awesome deals/combos. The peanut avocado rolls are the best in the area. Also love that they have delivery - not too common to be able to get sushi delivered anymore other than through DoorDash (which has outrageous fees). But this place has fast delivery and excellent sushi and dumplings. 10/10 recommend.”

“This is a large restaurant that seats you, takes your order and brings you plenty of food in no time. The size of this restaurant you would think it would take a long time to be served. “A coffee shop that actually serves food with their coffee and not just sugary sweets is a keeper for me. The atmosphere is open and a bit formal, but obviously, that isn't a deal breaker for most people as the place was hopping the entire time I was there. And this was a Wednesday midmorning.Kid-friendliness: There is a space reserved for kids to play in while the grown-ups enjoy their coffee.”

“My wife and I had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and were constantly paying attention to all the tables.The food was great and came out pretty quickly considering that the place was packed with people. I've been to many different two cousins but this one by far is the best one.I highly recommend it and I will definitely will be coming back.”

“Excellent food, but there are no reservations! If you're trying to bring a group of 20 for a luncheon, you'll need to stake out tables in advance and guests best know their choice. Orders then need to be brought up for charging before later delivered.”

“The team members here at the Ephrata location are overall very nice! As a frequent customer, I stopped here on my way home from work, and to my surprise Seth made my day by treating me to ice cream on the house. By allowing me to not pay for my treat was the sweetest thing that happened to me all day. I sincerely appreciate his generosity and his customer service skills. His smile really brightens the day!”

“Ordered cheese pizza with a personal meat lover Calzone, all I can say, sauce is on Point! Everything was delicious! For the price of the Calzone I was able to feed my 3 boys.”

“The food is good but only have one issue. We have called in orders multiple times and my girlfriend asks for a cheeseburger but they have given her a cheeseburger sub and I am not sure why. I have explained to them I did not order a sub and we asked for a cheeseburger.”

“Fascinating little place with lots of character. Prices were quite reasonable and the service was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the crab omelette (not sure if it's part of their everyday menu but it should be). This may be my new favorite omelette!”

“I ordered breakfast catering for work from scratch bakes. We got the breakfast sandwiches and French toast casserole. Only complaint was that they didn't offer some catering items for less than 20 people. That being said, we had A LOT of French toast casserole and were not sad about it. It was super flavorful and delicious. The sandwiches were also a perfect portion and super filling. Even though we were not "close" in distance, they still offered delivery for a fee and were very timely. I worked with Laura and she was super helpful and easy to talk to and work with for my order.”

“Cute little cafe with lots of choices for food, coffee and dessert.Staff were extremely helpful when I had questions about dairy free items and were able to give me options.We ordered two large caramel lattes at 5.50 each.Will definitely go back”

“This place is a hidden gem. It is small inside but the food and drinks were wonderful. They are safe for those with celiac - my husband was able to have fried chicken bites, wings, and tater tots. They have a separate fryer and were super aware of protocols for celiac safety. Parking can be a little tricky but it was a fun place to go on a Saturday for lunch.Dietary restrictions: Safe for those with celiac disease. They have a separate fryer so no cross contamination on fried items. The menu is marked with GF options and staff was aware and helpful.”

“Went to a private party upstairs and was absolutely impressed with how nice and quaint the place was. my wife who is handicapped was attended to the minute we walked in the door and was taken upstairs in the elevator by a staff member as well as taken back down when we left. the staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to host a party or if they just want a nice meal with some craft beer.”

“Good for what it is; a diner! Ordered GrubHub delivery and portions were huge. Actually got more seafood in the fried combo than I even ordered (fish, shrimp & scallops) because they also threw in clam strips and a huge crab cake. The crabcake was mostly filler, but it tasted good with tarter sauce and everything else was as expected. Veggie medley was fresh steamed veggies with good flavor, not regular mushy diner stuff. Salad was great. Good bang for the buck on a family style meal, I'll order again.”

“Have ordered from Roma’s numerous times (I go with the mushroom pizza, extra mushrooms). Always consistent in flavor. Last week decided on trying a pasta and meatball dinner. Again, very pleased. Great flavor with the sauce. To be honest,, atmosphere is a bit to be desired but its a busy place no doubt. Order on line is easy and is usually ready when you get notified. Recommend for a good pizza.”

“It's a love hate with this place bc the food is incredible but the prices are crazyyyyy ($41 for 2 burgers and 2 fries, NO DRINKS). Their Cajun fries are amazing. “So, we've been to the outside deck during the summer, but we never knew its opened in the winter in the hotel adjacent to the outside deck! Went there this past Saturday and were pleasantly surprised. Nice place and great food. Only suggestion we would have is to serve drafts in chilled glasses. Nothing better than a really, really chilled draft even in the winter! It's also quite spacious. This is our new go to place.”

“This evening January 4th, 2024 we came to your restaurant for my daughter’s birthday dinner. The food was very delicious and services was excellent I love the atmosphere too. This was my first time there but not for my kids. What made Fratelli’s very special and unique a lady had brought out a teddy bear for my granddaughter and said Merry Christmas and noticed how much she has grown. I never seen this before from a restaurant it actually brought tears to my eyes because it was very generous of the lady! I didn’t get her name but thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️. “I discovered this place through Wild Wings and Things recently as they were advertising an All you can eat Wings and Pizza special on Thursdays. So, I asked my friend who I meet up with to try the place. Little did I know, the place has 2 restaurants in it along with a bar. I decided to do the AYCE special while my friend got a Poke Bowl from Tsunami the sushi place there. The place was the same as Wild Wings as it's one of the restaurants in there. Servers were pretty nice and the guy at the bar was cool enough to throw the Flyers game onto a TV we were facing. The place is really nice, has a lot of seating and the friendly staff made it worth it. I am going to try to get here again to do the AYCE special. The only complaint I really had was the wings were really small though they were crispy, I'm not sure who the supplier is, but maybe improve the wings a little. Other than that, I recommend this place.”

“Ordered via DoorDash. My order consisted of Honey Chicken with a side of Lobster fried rice. My order was delivered well within the time frame given in the app. The food was well packaged- the saucy Honey Chicken was placed in a good quality plastic, rectangular take-out container(reusable-bonus!)& the side of Lobster Fried Rice was packaged in the typical little pint-sized Asian take-out box. Both arrived nice & hot. They included several packets of soy sauce, duck sauce, fortune cookies, & a plastic fork,although I didn't request them. A nice touch. The Honey Chicken was absolutely delicious! The coating on the chicken was nice & crunchy even though it was swimming in a very generous amount of sauce. The sauce was perfect-very sweet( the way I like it,) with just the right amount of tanginess. The Lobster Fried Rice was AMAZING! The rice itself was fresh & fluffy, the veggies ( peas, carrots, & onion,) were cooked to perfection, and THE LOBSTER! They were generous with the amount, & it was very nicely cooked-not at all rubbery! The appearance & aroma were quite appetizing but the taste was outstanding.I do my homework prior to ordering from a takeout place that I haven't tried before & after reading all of them, I must say I was cautiously hopeful. I was expecting mediocre at best, but this place has proved to me that they are worth my repeat buisness.”

“We got the catering for 32 guys, most from out of the area. Everyone loved their food. We got 6 different pizzas, cheesesteaks, club sub, Italian sub and gizmo subs. They were right on time and everything was great.”

Manager was horrible, yelling at staff infront of customers and giving attitude when I went to the counter to show they messed up the entire order. Have ordered here before and dealt with the order getting messed up and having to deal with the Karen manager. I’d rather take a toaster bath then ever eat here again.”
