“The atmosphere is fabulous and I love the menu choices, though it would be nice if chips were offered with the sandwiches. I will be going back. The only issue we had was the service and I hope it changes. The young lady serving us did not seem to know the menu enough to be able to answer questions, didn't know to bring us drinks, she had to ask us what we ordered so that she knew what to bring to our table. I almost felt sorry for her but there were only a few people in the restaurant and she was clearly having trouble remembering the process. Some training would help a lot!!”

Kid-friendliness: This restaurant has kids menu items and they were great with the kids”

“Saw the sign, parked and walked inside. I was greeted by a very nice person who knew what they were doing. I requested a specific meal and was asked a number of questions about how I wanted my sandwich. Their suggestions probably made the sandwich better and when I ate within the establishment, it was clean and the music wasn’t as loud as a disco like so many of the other food joints I’ve visited lately! ??”

“The dining experience at Nara Cafe was exceptional, characterized by the freshness and crispness of the vegetables, the perfectly balanced and savory flavors, and excellently prepared rice dishes not to mentiongreat portions. Opting for the 2 protein meal options featuring chicken & shrimp and beef & shrimp, complemented by sides of egg rolls and crab Rangoon, proved to be a delightful choice. Each dish exuded deliciousness, prompting my desire to return and sample more offerings from their menu. The next time I visit, I plan to try their ramen dishes and sushi combinations. I highly recommend this place. I've driven by it ever since I moved to Ephrata two years ago—I wish I had ordered from Nara Cafe much sooner.”

“First time here and it won't be our last... Enjoyed a delicious bourbon burger. The fish and chips was one of the best we have ever had. We travel to a lot of East Coast towns and have eaten a lot of fish and chips but this fish was in the top two of all of our dining experiences. Our bartender was so sweet and attentive and made the perfect drink. Enjoyed the atmosphere and there was plenty of parking around back. Try the peanut butter pie.. Yummy”

“We had two wonderful experiences with Scratch Bakes!
First, they were our wedding cake/cupcake baker and they were absolutely excellent! Our guests were more than happy with the variety, quality and cuteness of the cupcakes.
Second, my bridal party, sisters-in-law, mother-in-law and mother got lunch there the day before the wedding, and the food, service and vibe were also excellent.

“Fantastic pizzas, strombolis, calzones, hoagies, and steak sandwiches. I haven't had anything bad from here in the two+ years I've been going! I highly recommend ANY sandwich because their rolls are amazing!!

Vegetarian options: Tons of cheese-based options all over the menu and the sides/appetizers are great too!

Parking: Street parking only. I've never plugged a meter in Ephrata, but there are meters up and down main street.

Kid-friendliness: Seems very kid friendly.

“I used to love Wired Cup Cafe, very good cream cheeses and specialty cold brews, but the last two times I tried to get food from them failed. I tried to do an online order, I ordered, paid, drove 25mins and turns out they closed early. Luckily a worker was around on her day off and told me they closed early and said someone might be in there to give you a refund. If it wasn’t for her I’d lost out on money. Still wasted time and all they said was “it was posted on Facebook” unfortunately I don’t see every post. Online ordering should be closed if store is closed. The next time I tried to door dash, ordered and paid and then it said the store canceled my order and didn’t want to make it, which was a bagel and coffee. And I checked fb and it wasn’t closed. DoorDash only gives credit back not your money… this was about two wks ago. I unfortunately won’t be back for a while due to not trusting the online system, and not having time to wait in the line which seems to be busy all the time. Which is good! But not for me and my busy life lol I’d reccomend bc their food is good but their online services not so much…”

“Amazing location, my wife got the pulled pork with beans and mac n cheese. I got a sampler with pulled pork, brisket, turkey and sausage along with beans and Mac n cheese and cornbread. It was all amazing! If there was a weak spot in any of it (and there wasn’t) - I would say the turkey could have been a tad moister. Portion sizes are way off the charts - I’ll get 3 meals out of the sampler I bought and my wife at least 2 out of hers. If this place hasn’t been on DDD yet it ought to be! Oh a bonus is that it’s literally off the wert - so you can ride your bike there and enjoy the ride as you look forward to a fantastic meal!”

“This is a nice and chill bar atmosphere. The food options are limited but the sushi place and the wing place that are there are pretty good. Not very busy all the few times I’ve been there.”

“Ordering food is very easy and quick. I just pulled in, ordered, and my food was out in a couple minutes. I recommend the burger with the bacon on it. Overall, I had a great experience at this Sonic. I recommend the drive-in.
