Pancake Farm Reviews
The service was fine and the food was very good. (we were a part of 10 with 4 children), but I do have a complaint about the details when ordering. I ordered iced coffee and was not told that there would be a charge when I asked for a refill. I ended up paying $15.80 for 4 glasses of iced coffee. we also asked if we could replace fries with Cole Slaw and we were charged an additional $3. Charges like there should be stated by the staff when ordering. I did not realize the charge...read full review
ate there for my first time at the Richmond Sq. location. Had the stack of pancakes, they were great. Good coffee as well. Family had the french toast and not a complaint.
Breakfast was the bomb.

Pancake Farm is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food, including fluffy buttermilk pancakes and the best homefries. The restaurant has a friendly staff, and despite being busy, the service is quick and attentive. Customers enjoy the tater tot casserole and the pb n jelly French Toast, and look forward to trying the lunch and dinner options, including great dinners. The restaurant can get busy on weekends, but it is well worth the wait. Gluten-free options are available, and kids of all ages are always welcome. Parking includes outdoor seating while waiting for available seating, but the front entrance is not wheelchair accessible due to three steps.
Customers praise the restaurant's kindness and graciousness, even when they are busy and short-staffed. They consider it a family favorite breakfast spot, with fabulous pancakes in various toppings and flavors. The Dutch fries are also a must-try. While the service and food quality are generally good, some customers have raised concerns about charges for items like refills on iced coffee and substitutions, which they feel should be clearly communicated by the staff when ordering.
