i love dunkin so much but when i went with friends we stood there for a good 10 minutes before our order was taken. The employees were talking and yelling names at eachother, and saw us standing there but didn’t take our orders. Eventually, the guy came out from the back and took our order, which was fine. Employees are friendly and give good service. But, unfortunately, good service only gets you so far when drinks are consistently made incorrectly. I frequently end up with sugar in my coffee (I only order cream and a flavor swirl). This is a busy location, but mistakes are frequent even when there’s no rush.
