I waited 45 minutes in line & received order as ordered . Never mind the wait when you see only one person working running the whole place !!!!!
God bless this woman for working and doing her absolute best ! She should get paid much much more for working without help ! I made sure I tipped her well, regardless of wait time she deserved to be tipped well.

Just went through the drive up and ordered a coffee. Doggie got a cookie and pup cup.
I have been going to this Dunkin for a good while now and the service has literally never gotten better. Sometimes when you go ans the high school morning crew is there on weekends it is really great service and smiling faces, but the middle aged women at this establishment need to either take classes in customer service or learn to mask their attitudes. More often than not you are met with an extremely rude tone while ordering/paying, and they almost always mess up your order....read full review
