“This is STILL the BEST Dunkin in ALL of Lancaster county. The customer service is excellent, coffee hot and correct, and their donuts are ALWAYS fresh! Soft and delicious! Others Dunkins, like the ones on Columbia Ave, lititz pike, fruitville, Lincoln hwy, ETC CAN NEVER COMPETE!“

“What a great experience this morning around 7:30am... the line to get in the drive-thru/parking lot was insanely long (I was multiple cars deep on Broad St waiting to get in) but the line was very fast and I got through it in no time.
I appreciate everyone's work this morning in managing a very busy rush“

“I waited 45 minutes in line & received order as ordered . Never mind the wait when you see only one person working running the whole place !!!!! God bless this woman for working and doing her absolute best ! She should get paid much much more for working without help ! I made sure I tipped her well, regardless of wait time she deserved to be tipped well.“
