“Linden Coffee makes my taste buds happy! Seriously though, we stopped by one day on a trip to PA. We are from MD. In ordered a hazelnut cold brew, oh boy was it yummy. “Spending three days in Lancaster, Passenger Roastery & Coffee Bar was by far the best latte and pastry I had while exploring the county. Popping in on a July Thursday morning, here's my experience.

1) Coffee: The menu is simple. They have the basics, but that's how you know it's quality coffee. My latte was perfectly balanced, creamy, and highlighting the espresso in it.

2) Food: Their ham and cheese turnover is excellent. They warm it up for you. There are fennel and a few other things on top making it unique.

3) Service: It's excellent! Both baristas were kind, efficient, and warm.

4) Space: It's small, but beautiful. There are a few seats inside and out and a restroom inside.“

Every single cookie was a work of art. The watercolor chili-rim margaritas and adorable succulents were huge hits with my guests. They tasted just as amazing as they looked. Professional, creative, and delicious. On top of that, communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and pickup was a breeze. “I am reviewing the location, not the product. This is not a bakery. I was very excited to see a GF bakery near me on google maps, and went with my husband to try it out for breakfast one day. But this is not a walk-in bakery, it is a manufacturer. They bake the goods and ship them to other stores. I was so sad that this wasn't a dine-in or even takeaway location. (I hope it becomes one someday!) Also, the name for the location is Tonya's Gluten Free Kitchen.
