The cake itself is amazing, but what blows me away the most is the creativity and artistry that goes into designing each cake. I love giving Alixe and her team a vibe and letting them work their magic to see what they come up with. For my son’s 1st birthday the theme was Born to One, a Bruce Springsteen birthday bash (classic 1st bday theme, of course). Alixe and team delivered a tie dyed birthday cake, with Bruce painted on and lyrics all around the side, with a matching vinyl record smash cake. It was a hit! Most recently our Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cake was the talk of the entire party. I love everything about The Flour Child. You should get a cake for every occasion here!“

“5 stars all around for Honeysuckle Sweets! Jessie created a custom set of desert-chic cookies for my 30th birthday party and completely exceeded my expectations. Every single cookie was a work of art. The watercolor chili-rim margaritas and adorable succulents were huge hits with my guests. They tasted just as amazing as they looked. Professional, creative, and delicious. On top of that, communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and pickup was a breeze. I cannot recommend Honeysuckle Sweets enough for custom events. I would absolutely order from Jessie again!“

“I am reviewing the location, not the product. This is not a bakery. I was very excited to see a GF bakery near me on google maps, and went with my husband to try it out for breakfast one day. But this is not a walk-in bakery, it is a manufacturer. They bake the goods and ship them to other stores. I was so sad that this wasn't a dine-in or even takeaway location. (I hope it becomes one someday!) Also, the name for the location is Tonya's Gluten Free Kitchen. Google, please update this information for other people out there, as my changes keep getting rejected. Thank you.“

“Stopped in during a conference and was blown away. The barista, Blaze, was incredibly friendly, seriously knew his stuff, and made the best latte art I've personally seen (four different designs in one morning!). The espresso was the best I've had in PA thus far, and the drip coffee was easily on par with my own pourovers at home. Also got a blueberry lavender scones that was as good as they come.

The spot is small, with very little seating, but I honestly found that charming. Maybe I'd have felt differently if I weren't there right at opening!

Just a few weeks later the city went into lock down.
