The Montecarlos iced latte with oat was excellent. And the Ham and Cheese Turnover as usual was delicious. I stop in at least twice a week.

Spending three days in Lancaster, Passenger Roastery & Coffee Bar was by far the best latte and pastry I had while exploring the county. Popping in on a July Thursday morning, here's my experience.
1) Coffee: The menu is simple. They have the basics, but that's how you know it's quality coffee. My latte was perfectly balanced, creamy, and highlighting the espresso in it.
