“We enjoy the hot pretzels made on the property by very hard working Amish women. These enterprising women bring their children with them. We have dipped the pretzels in their cheese sauce. They are delicious.Inside their shop, are excellent products to purchase. Annie’s mustard is excellent. Some products are sold on Amazon but much more expensive. We visit the area a few times a year. We always stop here.We also stay at one of the Bird in Hand hotels/motels/B&B properties. The properties include “ free bus” tour of the Amish countryside with excellent orientation of the Amish people by van driver. We love this store.“
“my mom and me made a trip here from the hotel over in lancaster we got some pretzels that were really good (i might compare it to like a homemade version of auntie anne's at the mall but that good that like concession style) i got a side of mustard with mine though they had cheese as a add on option (had to watch my diet) kitchen kettle village was quite crowded when we got there the menu here looked really good with lots of little good choices the girls working were nice i had fun stopping here while we were on our trip for a few nights in pa“
“The food for the two of us was ready in less than 10 min. The pulled pork on fries with cheese sauce and BBQ is delicious! My husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich also! The soft pretzels were soft and a definite recommend. The triple chocolate ice cream had an excellent flavor, but was perhaps a bit icy.“
“This was the best pretzel I've had in my life. It was made fresh, was crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside. Flavor was great, no bitterness, and just enough salt without being overpowering. Service was also quick! It's located inside in the marketplace.“
“Today I took my cousin to get food, at the Auntie Anne’s we went to I received the best customer service I have ever seen. The young gentlemen (I got his name, Teddy Smith) taking my order was polite and kind and I fully recommend this store to everyone.“
