Byer's has been a staple for getting cakes for special occasions from over the years. I bought a coconut cake at Christmas time last year. We didn’t eat it all and decided to freeze some of it. I just got it out of the freezer and thawed it out. The cake was just as moist and delicious as the day we bought it. I didn’t even have it an airtight container. They make an awesome cake. You can freeze it and thaw it out and it is as fresh as the day they make it.
