Excellent customer service, they were busy and right in the beginning they told us it might be a bit slower of service which was great communication and it really wasn’t slow in my mind. The owner was friendly and greeted everyone like family. Actually everyone felt like family in there- the atmosphere was amazing. Families, couples, older people, kids, everyone was there and it was nice! We had delicious food- chicken parm, a chicken lasagna with vodka sauce that was delicious and a delicious bowl of butternut squash soup! Bread was good too! We came here because we had a coupon but now we will be back more often! Thanks for providing excellent service and great food 👏🫶🏻”

“my husband and I absolutely Love Twin Valley cold brews. Recently we were in Lancaster for the weekend and visited the Shady Maple location. We ordered our coffees and 3 bags of coffee to bring home. parenting mishap, my husband thought I grabbed the bag of coffee and I thought he grabbed it (because i had both our boys..one in my arms and the other holding his hand). low and behold we left the coffee behind! didn't realize it until we got home the next day. i reached out to customer service and Molly was so incredibly helpful! I felt so silly that we left it behind and she assured me this is common and even shipped our coffee to us since we don't live local. the best cold brews, and even better customer service and staff!”

Upon entering, I was greeted by Vinnie, a member of the Paparone crew who clearly shares his family's passion for food. Our conversation was as lively as a Commissioner Gordon press conference, filled with anecdotes about plans for a fresh remodel of the joint. The food? Delish. The food? Delish. The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The combination of sausage and pepperoni was a classic, but elevated by the freshness of the ingredients and the perfect balance of spices. It was a symphony of flavors and textures that would make even the pickiest eater sing its praises. The battered mozz sticks were cooked to perfection. Of course, no Bat-outing is complete without a photo op. Elena graciously posed for a snapshot with yours truly, while I also managed to snag a pic astride a miniature red Batcycle (okay, it was just a tiny bike, but a hero's gotta improvise). And let's not forget the iconic Paparone's delivery van, a rolling testament to their commitment to bringing pizza justice to the masses. “We have been doing takeout from Caruso's. We get their steak salads, cheeseburger subs, and garlic bread. Their food has always been decent portions and absolutely delicious. When you walk in the door, the staff is welcoming and very friendly. Only down side is the parking - the lot is not very big. It is sometimes difficult to find a place to park.

Parking: Their parking lot is behind the building and on the small side, considering the number of people that go there.”

“Great store for all kinds of pretzel products and the prices are very good. They have a station where you can try a big mixture of kinds as well. I think there is a factory tour here but we stopped on a Saturday and it was not running. Recommended.”

“This is a great diner write off of New Holland Pike route 23 around 2 mi west of Leola Pennsylvania. It is located to the right of the convenience store at the Sunoco station which is also next to the Freeze And Frizz ice cream parlor. The food is excellent and served quickly. The price is very reasonable compared to the high cost of eating out now. I had the pancake breakfast. My pancake was the size of a hubcap.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is right off of the sidewalk. No steps.”
