Hills To Sea Reviews
I have a severe shellfish allergy and asked if the wontons had shrimp in them and was assured they were just pork. It wasn’t until I started eating it that the waiter decided to actually check with someone to find out they have shrimp in them. There was zero apology or acknowledgement from anyone in the restaurant after this incident. Luckily I spit it out and instead of having to go to the emergency room, I just had a swollen mouth and hives. Items that contain a high allergen...read full review
Everything I’ve had there is delish!
Saw a bunch of posts in the take out and dining group about Hills To Sea in Ephrata so we gave it a try! My husband got a caterpillar roll (eel, avocado, and cucumber) and a noodle dish (can't remember the name). Unfortunately i have yet to find a place that has gluten free eel sauce so I got the salmon crazy roll (minus crispy onions) and the Singapore noodles. Everything was fresh and delicious!! We will definitely be back, especially for those noodles.

Hills To Sea is an excellent restaurant to enjoy a delicious Asian meal for any occasion. The staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile. The service is outstanding, and the foods are amazing, fresh, and always stay consistent. It is a phenomenal, largely scratch kitchen restaurant. The owner will happily accommodate with off menu Sushi upon request and sometimes surprises customers with a complimentary item. Their sushi and sashimi is great, as is the Burmese, Thai, Chinese and Korean. They make their own kimchi. The bibimbap and kimchi noodle is worth your time and money. The soups are also very good. The sushi platter had a beautiful presentation, looking like artwork, with an orange formed into a teddy bear. The Pineapple fried rice, Pad See Ew, and Chicken Satay were very good. The drunken noodles have good spice levels, and the sushi is the best. The owner came out and gave a free mango sticky rice. The staff worked hard, and service was fast even when packed. It was totally worth the wait. This spot is the suggested go-to for Asian food in the Ephrata area.
