This place is delicious. Truly a gem in Ephrata! The sushi is fresh. The drunken noodles are awesome and the appetizers are tasty. I have gotten takeout and eaten in multiple times. Their ice coffee is awesome too. I have never been disappointed with a meal here! I highly recommend this place!

Hills to Sea is a culinary haven that lives up to the hype! The Fried Thai Basil Rice, Volcano Rolls, and Pork Dumplings were outstanding. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere and quick, friendly service added to the delightful experience. A must-visit for those craving authentic Chinese cuisine in a top-notch setting. Can't wait to return!

Very clean and modern restaurant. Their coconut juice was so good. We also got tofu spring rolls, drunken noodles, sushi and Tom yum soup. T everything was delicious and spicy. I only ordered mild for my spice level but that was definitely enough. Waitress was super sweet and friendly.

Food was great except the chicken for the pad Thai was over cooked and the carrots were under cooked in my red curry. The curry itself was incredible but my shrimp was over cooked. The boba tea was great and the selection for food was huge. If you go in here you will hear Christian music.

Second time here. Their food is amazing however tonight was a disappointment.Only one waitress for the entire restaurant. The guy who took my order put my food in as “medium” instead of “mild”. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I am not a spicy food person. I told the waitress my food was spicy and asked for different noodles without spice and a glass of water. she refilled the other tables before coming back to us with the water: overall for the price I would only go for takeout not the sit down experience with only one waitress.

First time ever going. Great food friendly service. The pad Thai was amazing. I tried the samosa (could have spelled it wrong) and it was great. Hubby got crab Rangoon and green curry which he ate every last bit. We even got pork buns to go. I am so excited to come back and try more.

We had a nice time at Hills to Sea. We were very impressed with the atmosphere and enjoyed the Christian music. We shared the wonton soup and it was delicious. It was also a nice sharing size. I ordered the general tso chicken and when it arrived it was not that hot. My husband ordered the Pad Ka Pao and loved it-although it was not necessarily that hot either. The presentation was beautiful, but a little pricey. $$ The service was good but the food was ok.

One waitress and she rocked this place! Goodness, give this girl a raise and a job showcasing her many attributes. I believe the receipt said Violet. She received incoming patrons, answered to take-out orders, delivered food and took orders, promptly and politely, without skipping a beat. Owners, this is one employee, to take notice of. Now, to the food. Loved an app of fried pork dumplings, with a crunchy, yet chewy wonton. Definitely tasted homemade. The pork eggroll, was just okay for me. I would have preferred more crisp, to the veg within. Their laab kai would have been tastier, if a touch more lime and fresh cilantro were added. All in all, everything was good and I'm looking forward to trying something different.

Great menu with a lot of choices. We will have to go back to try more. Not the greatest service as our waitress was new, and didn't come to check after the food was delivered. However, another server did come to the table to refill drinks and she was very friendly. We had chicken satay, Won-Ton Soup (loved the won-tons!), Drunken Noodles, and Pad See Ew.
