Love, love, love this Asian Bistro!! The sushi is amazing and so are the meals. Have loved everything we tried so far! GREAT customer service! Has become our go to….sometimes 3-4x a week - LOL.❤️❤️❤️
Have been eating here again at least once a month since they opened. Food has always been fresh, the restaurant clean, and service fast and friendly. This is a lovely family owned business.
On a recent issue, I encountered an issue with my lunch. The owners were not only apologetic and took responsibility for the issue but made me feel like a valued customer. They went above and beyond what they needed to without me asking.
Mistakes happen. We're all human.

Ephrata Asian Bistro is a pleasant surprise offering delightful food and service. The menu is extensive, with options like shrimp rolls, hibachi chicken, lo mein with chicken, crab rangoon, and absolutely incredible sushi, including the volcano roll and angel roll. Meals come in generous portions, fresh and delicious. The clean, small restaurant is located where Giant grocery store is, with a decorated inside and cool ambiance featuring lovely light fixtures. Prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for a Chinese food fix or superb sushi. The service is fast, friendly, and very good, with quick meals and affordable options like the amazing $12.50 dinner combo. Don’t miss the delicious bubble tea, though the pearls could be better. Seriously a great contemporary Asian bistro!
