This place is AMAZING!! I’m so happy they’re here in Ephrata!
very tasty drinks and healthy

U3 NUTRITION is an amazing place with kind and helpful staff and owners. They offer options like mini donuts and protein shakes, including kid protein shake. The staff listens to customers' problems and are happy to help with allergies. They have gluten free donuts and provide nutritional information. The pricing is fair for healthy foods and size portions. Customers love the atmosphere and the owners, and they often return, sometimes multiple times a week. U3 NUTRITION is a great place to boost spirits after a workout and is highly recommended.
