Per Diem is a solid restaurant in Rock Lititz Hotel. It gives off a nice homely feel while you’re on the road. The food was excellent. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a minute and the chicken schnitzel sandwich was very unique with its apple slaw, but was super tasty. Also, the soy carrots were really good.

Great atmosphere, classy menu and wonderful staff. Portions are substantial and the food is top rate. The smoked cauliflower and the grilled brussel sprouts are among the best appetizers I've had. Right next to the performance venue so convenience is prime.
