“It gives you straight-up old roadside diner in the atmosphere department, but the food is absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed a really delicious omlette that came in a great portion with delicious shredded potatoes and fantastic bacon. I was quite impressed with the food and the service was great too. They have a giant pancake I want to try next. It's bigger than the plate.I'm already planning my return. If you're looking for classic diner eats and breakfast to die for, try this spot for sure. It's a PA gem.“

“For buffets, we didn't find a clunker on the menu. All stations were clean and constantly being refilled. The cold stuff cold and the hot stuff hot. The chicken pot pie was amazingly good. Everything appears to be homemade. The only complaint is that the stations are way too close to each other. With all the blue haired ladies piling out of the tour buses and back to back between the buffets, it's impossible to get around or get by. Plus there's no real order as to where to queue up to so it can be a bit of everyman for themselves to get what you want. Regardless it was good food at a good price with zero complaints about the quality. Service was quick and would return here again for sure.“

My oysters Rockefeller appetizer was a delicately balanced, excellent preparation. For my main course I had the whole Branzino, expertly deboned for me at tableside, and it was marvelous. At that point we did not need dessert, but the list of available after dinner drinks was awesome! Kudos also to our server Casey, who helped to make the evening memorable.“

“This is a small spot on the intersection of Prince Street and West Liberty. I love how they keep their menu simple with your burgers, chicken, cheesesteaks and shakes. It may be simple but they do a fantastic job with their product. Their cheeseburgers are a must grab. You know it’s a good burger when the outer edges have that slight crispiness. Honestly, one of the better burgers in the entire area. I also really enjoyed the onion rings. Nice and crispy, and the onion doesn’t all come out with a single bite. It was also packed, so you know it’s a good spot for some easy grub.“

“I need to talk about this cafe I found on a Thursday morning. I was the first customer there, and the atmosphere was immediately inviting, bright, clean, and full of positive energy. The Lebanese-style falafel wrap was unlike anything I've had before. It tasted rich, almost like a blend of lamb or beef, but it was definitely falafel. The addition of pickled radishes and fresh vegetables was a brilliant choice. The pita bread was the perfect balance of soft and chewy, holding everything together. The owner added to the experience by offering me a complimentary espresso. It was strong and smooth, a great end to an amazing meal. This cafe isn't just about food; it's an entire experience. The flavors, the atmosphere, and the service all come together to create something special. If you haven't been there yet, you're truly missing out.“

Such an entertaining evening the owners shared the history of the building and historical photos decorated the room along with news articles some about the jail cell still visible. Service was top notch with servers checking that our family style meal was meeting our desires. Easy recommendation for your next event. Only disadvantage to the comforting food, maple bacon crack, soft pretzel bites, Pulled Pork, mac and cheese, baked corn and desserts being so tasty was I have no pictures of them. “I normally get the same order, chicken cheesesteak sub. They use real chicken and chop it up right in front of you while on the grill... They don't use cheap shaved processed chicken slices like most places. The food is always warm/hot, even if I'm late picking up. And the staff seem to all be friendly/professional, although very busy it seems.Prices are reasonable for this day and age, and point of sale(POS) system is a good one. They do accept cards.Last time I ordered over the phone, a to go order of chicken cheesesteak and sweet potatoes fries, they gave me regular fries instead of what was ordered. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to look while still at the counter. This is the only reason for a 4 star on service, other than that they're usually on the ball.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into the main entrance is well kept and clear.“

There are candles on every table and a warm fireplace that casts a glow on the tables, where people are eating wonderful food, and having great conversations.Food and service were absolutely on point. The beef roast served over mashed potatoes is a great new addition to the menu (they also have a kids menu).Ordered crispy wings with hot sauce as well, and they were very good!I’ve gotten takeout from here before (the Fireside Tavern Burger is a must), but this review is based on my experience inside the business, and it did not disappoint. Our server was attentive and knew the menu very well. We started out with a scallop and pork belly appetizer that was delicious as well as some wings. Our son had the ribeye steak cooked to perfection. Our daughter had the roast duck breast, which she said was absolutely great. My wife had a swordfish special with red pepper risotto. “First off you need to make sure you know what you're looking for or you'll walk right past the almost hidden black door. Right off the bat there's a cool, speakeasy feel to the place. Walk up tall, old stairs to a small welcoming area where we were greeted by two very friendly people. They opened the curtains for us and we were taken back in time. Huge wooden shelves filled with hundreds of liquor bottles, velvet bar seats and some cool tables for groups. My wife and I were there for after dinner drinks so sat at the bar and starting speaking with the bartender Dan. He was not only a welcoming person but so knowledgeable about cocktails and it was easy to see his passion for the craft. There's a creative cocktail menu with plenty of unique options, personally I was looking for a mocktail. Dan gave me a few options and I went with the Manhattan. Anyone who has had mocktails knows they often just taste like juice, soda or basically not the cocktail. This Manhattan was completely different. It was delicious and not only tasted like a Manhattan but even simulated the feel of drinking whiskey. Hands down the best mocktail I've ever had, and my wife loved her cocktail as well. The atmosphere is very chill. No loud music, no pushing through a crowd, just relaxing with good drinks and good company. Everyone we spoke with who worked there could not have been nicer. If Dan is there make sure to strike up a conversation, I'm sure you'll learn something new. This is definitely somewhere we will be stopping in again next time in Lancaster.“

Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu, but talked about the different foods and drinks so passionately and in depth that wholeheartedly convinced my fiancé and I to order the specials they had last night, because of how delicious they sounded. She was so friendly, personable, and made us laugh & enjoy our evening. She is a top tier server, and personally gave me the best experience I've ever had with someone bringing us our food & drinks.Reflections is SO lucky to have her... hope she sticks around! The food was IMPECCABLE. Not only do they have a great selection of food, from apps to the entrées to the drinks & desserts, but it was all done SO WELL. Some of the best food I have ever had honestly. They had a great wine & cocktails list, and both kinds that my fiancé and I ordered tasted amazing. We even ordered desserts, which were also so tasty. The atmosphere was the icing on the cake- It definitely felt like finer dining without feeling like everyone was supposed to be in suits & dresses. The stained glass everywhere and lights on the inside looked so cool!Overall- we were very impressed and are excited to come back.If you're in the area, Reflections is a MUST to stop by and grab dinner.“

“We were in town for a Rugby tournament and have been a long time fan of their beer so we took advantage of how close our hotel was to check out their taphouse/restaurant.The building has a presence but is extremely inviting but parking was a challenge. Ultimately we ended up with a spot in their lot but it took some time/patience.That minor nit aside, upon entering the restaurant we were warmly and quickly greeted. It was a Friday night during the NCAA tournament so it was predicably busy so it took a moment to get seated. We may have waited a few minutes at most before we were taken to a table. The ambiance/atmosphere definitely leans into it's Lancaster heritage ... warm, comfortable, and rustic. But that's an aside. After being seated we were greeted by our server almost immediately. He brought us water and showed us the specials. From that point forward our dinner just flowed. Orders taken, our appetizer served (corn dog fried shrimp) amazingly fast followed very quickly by our burgers, my wife got the LBC Cheeseburger with mushrooms and Swiss and I got the LBC and subbed out the meat for a black bean burger and added a cup of white chili).I can't overstate how fresh, fast and flavorful everything was. Overall, between the food and the beer it was outstanding.“

“We ordered online and picked up our food to eat at home. We were able to choose what we wanted on our subs. When we got home, I ate an onion ring and took a bite of my sub and before I was finished chewing, the roof of my mouth started to feel sore and swell. I have a tomato allergy. I checked my order and there wasn't supposed to be tomatoes on my sub. I called and told them and they said that all subs come with lettuce, tomato and onion no matter if you order them or not. They brought me a replacement made the right way.Dietary restrictions: YOU MUST TELL THEM ABOUT A FOOD ALLERGY. BE CAREFUL ABOUT HOW YOU ORDER ONLINE!Parking: The parking lot is in the back, there is a little alley between PJ's and the laundromat.“
