“We were in this PA area for only about 1/2 hour but I am very glad we chose to stop here! I was curious about shoo-fly pie and was thrilled when we walked in and were promptly offered a free sample of shoo-fly pie! It was delicious! There were plenty of other baked items for sale and the prices were really reasonable. I got a small plate of snickerdoodle cookies and my son got a peanut butter whoopie pie, and they were really good. The prices of the other souvenirs were pretty good too. Recommend stopping here.“

“We stayed on a summer weeknight and had a great experience! The grounds are beautiful with tons of photo opportunities and peaceful walking trails. We stayed in the Carriage House—very clean rooms with their own parking, and just a short, easy walk to the main hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet for guests was a highlight—especially the made-to-order omelettes, which were absolutely delicious! The shops on-site are super cute, and the pool and playgrounds kept the kids happily entertained. A relaxing, family-friendly getaway—we’d definitely stay again!“

“This is a real gem of a place. The atmosphere was nice and the food was so good. We loved the variety of drinks and all of the fresh, heavily veggie dishes. It can be hard sometimes to find veggie focused dishes at restaurants, but the menu had plenty of options (and the options to add proteins).“

“Our first experience at Gibraltar could not have been better. My wife and I had a 5 PM reservation, and when we arrived, three staff members warmly greeted us. A hostess escorted us to a cozy section of the restaurant, where the well-spaced tables allowed for comfortable, private conversation. Within 30 seconds, our server, Josephine, greeted us and offered us a choice of water. Bread and water arrived shortly after, and the service was impeccable from start to finish.
Cocktails - The house Cab is amazing. My wife said the same of her Grapefruit Margarita
Appetizer - The Spanish Octopus was delicate and delicious.
My entre - The Whole Branzino (fillet tableside) was excellent, and the skill of the gentlemen executing the filleting was exceptional.
Wife’s entre - Shrimp Spaghetti was a flavor bomb and the delicate garlic butter parsley sauce was perfect for bread dipping!
Shared dessert - Crème Brule to share was prepared with precision.

They welcomed us as if they knew us for years and were eager to share the story behind the café, which made the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. The food absolutely delivered. “I have eaten here many of times. The food is always so good. I got two pizza's last night and it was really hard to eat because it had a burnt taste to it. I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. I still give 4 stars because of past experiences.“

“Small but great pretzel place!! I got a pizza pretzel which was a hefty croissant shaped pretzel STUFFED with pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce. It was soooo good and hearty. I got it on a whim and greatly enjoyed it. I also got a regular salted pretzel that was very good, nice chewy and doughy! I highly recommend a stop in if you like pretzels.“

“Found this place on Google Maps for a quick lunch while traveling for work today and was not disappointed! My veggie pita with falafel was outstanding, especially the little diced roasted red pepper topping. Absolutely delectable. Also had a nice piece of baklava for the road.“

“My wife and I had lunch at Chilangos today, the food was amazing. My wife loved her Shrimp Enchiladas, and I had the best Birria Tacos I've ever eaten. Lots of meat, which melted in my mouth. Tortillas were fried crispy, and I loved the grilled onions/chilis and cilantro/onions that were served on the side. Service has always been great when we eat there.“

“If you are getting pizza stick with the regular (not pan), and get takeout not delivery. We got a regular pepperoni and it was great. The pan pizza toppings were stuck to the delivery box and fell off the bread even after cooling off. The main reason for losing two stars is to find out after ordering that Uber delivers the food. It took an hour on a weeknight to get the delivery even when we were quoted less time. We could track the order and the driver took over 20 min to get to the store. The food was no longer fresh when we got the order.“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Mark was our waiter and he was amazing. Not only is he a great server (i know because I worked in this industry), he’s incredibly kind and hilarious. We came for my birthday, which he knew. When I said no to dessert he asked if he could bring me a scoop of ice cream with a candle, to which I said “sure, but no singing!” Well when he came back to the table with another employee he loudly pronounced “on the count of 3!” Like they were going to sing and counted down then walked away. “Head manager we love your establishment but seriously experienced the worst service! We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!! “12.22.23. I always love eating here. It's a place where my grand children and family don't have to choose a particular entre and wonder if it's going to be good and to their taste. There is a tremendous selection to fit everyone's palate. Our family has been going here since opening day and are never disappointed. One grandson favors his own blend of food at the stir fry, another likes the susi and the grandaughter likes the sampler, a small taste of everything. All like the fruit and chocolate bar and of couse cookies and ice cream. I prefer the shrimp, general's chicken, steak and the cheesy crab bake. Staff are attentive and friendly.
