I've eaten here a number of times and, I think they switched over to using smash burgers so, two patties is recommended. Today, they had our hamburgers sitting on the counter getting cold until the fries were done, Bummer. Fries were good.
Just went here with my wife literally the best burger in lancaster county
So good, food was fast and fresh.

Route 66 Restaurant serves the best cheesesteak and halal smash cheese burgers. The food is so delicious, with amazing cheeseburger, cheesesteak, and banana pudding shakes. They use high-quality beef and great prices. The cheeseburger sub on a Liscio’s roll with beef bacon is tremendous. The chicken tikki cheesesteak is out of this world. Fries are good. Street parking and bathrooms are available. The space is very small with limited seating and might get crowded on a weekend. They switched over to using smash burgers, so two patties is recommended. They are currently operating out of a trailer on the street due to construction inside the building on Liberty. The same great quality is still there.
