“Cheese custard & fries were AMAZING. but we ordered cheese fries and got regular fries, on drive thru. And waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to ask them to correct it, even with cars behind us, no one came. We knocked, honked, tried to get their attention and no one came so we left.

But the food was great.“

“This is big. I left my wallet in the Shake Shack restroom in the morning. It was evening before I discovered the missing wallet. They returned the wallet, nothing was missing. And, they gave me a free meal.

The food was excellent.

“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“

“After a long day of galavanting and shopping in Lancaster PA, my wife and I settled on Red Robin on East Lincoln highway for a 8:45pm Friday night dinner, partially because she knew she could find something there to work with her gluten free preferences. We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“

“Although the place is a little hard to find because there’s not a sign outdoor so if you’re not local from over an hour away , you may have to circle the block more than once like I did . It is a very small shop with two guys in there are very polite and I just told them to make me the most popular and I got to Philly cheesesteak and it definitely does not disappoint. Is someone who has never had a Philly cheesesteak and originally from Texas this was definitely worth the money and if I am ever back in the Lancaster area, I will definitely make sure to go again“

They also have a lot of specials. This place has two bar areas and seems to always have a crowd. please check out their menu it has a lot to offer. It's not fine dining but I would say batter than aroogas,primante bros,and ruby Tuesdays. I would say this is a nice ale house. 5 for atmosphere in reference to ale houses. “I highly recommend this place as a potential event space. I booked the upstairs room for my wedding’s after-party. I was offered a few different booking options and all were extremely reasonable compared to some other event places in Lancaster city. Even though it’s not along the main row of bars on King Street, it’s a quick walk from the Mariott. Kayley, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also worked with Tony who knocked it out of the park. He provided a cooler full of beers and pizza for my guests for a very reasonable cost. It was really nice to have a bar in the upstairs area close to the back event room. So many of the guests talked about the after-party and how much they enjoyed the dance floor. I highly recommend reaching out to QSB for a future event.“

“My recent Tuesday evening visit to Applebee's was a positive experience. I was happy that they have later operating hours and ordered two meals. The restaurant was clean and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Christopher J., the manager was very patient and welcoming. I enjoyed talking to Chris, while I waited just a short time for my meal. He refilled my iced tea for me before I left. The two meals of 6 oz. sirloin and grilled chicken, which included garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli were delicious. The only reason I gave the food a 4 out of five rating was that the sirloin had an area of tough to chew meat. I would be happy to return to Applebee's again when I am visiting Lancaster.“
