What I didn’t expect was to leave already planning my next visit and actually miss meat less than usual! From the second I walked in, the atmosphere made me feel welcomed rather than preached at. The staff were knowledgeable and passionate, but not pushy, guiding me through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. What impressed me most wasn’t just the flavor, which was outstanding, but how none of the dishes felt like they were missing something — they stood on their own. Every bite was thoughtful and intentional. I left feeling full, happy, and honestly a bit surprised at how much I had enjoyed a vegan meal. “Dinner and a show. Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing. “The Show” happens when you sit at Chef’s table and watch them team create one masterpiece after another. I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.“

“Incredible tacos! Had a flight of 3. Pork belly was the best. The marinated chicken thigh was also delicious. Such vibrant colors of the fresh ingredients also checked off the underrated box of visually appealing food. A fusion of Asian/Latino food. Very clean place with nice background music on their pair of Sonos speakers. Highly recommended place.“

“Spending three days in Lancaster, Passenger Roastery & Coffee Bar was by far the best latte and pastry I had while exploring the county. Popping in on a July Thursday morning, here's my experience.

1) Coffee: The menu is simple. They have the basics, but that's how you know it's quality coffee. My latte was perfectly balanced, creamy, and highlighting the espresso in it.

2) Food: Their ham and cheese turnover is excellent. They warm it up for you. There are fennel and a few other things on top making it unique.

3) Service: It's excellent! Both baristas were kind, efficient, and warm.

4) Space: It's small, but beautiful. There are a few seats inside and out and a restroom inside.“

“Fabulous meal with tons of gluten-free options! The menu changes with the seasons, and everything was super fresh and local. Our kids ate their meals happily, and we enjoyed ours. (Kids - filet and ravioli, adults - salmon, burrata ravioli, halibut, and pork Milanese) It was a little loud and hard to hear at times, but a pleasant atmosphere. Juliana was our server, and she was delightful. We will be back next time we visit Lancaster!“

“I went there with a group of 6. Easy reservations just a few hours earlier, good food, cool decor. We were in the indoor dining room on first floor. Very loud group next to us, so towards the end of our dining conversation had become nearly impossible. Good reviews on their soda bread, shepherd's pie, and classic fish & chips! Definitely recommend their cheesesteak egg rolls as well!“

She absolutely loved her meal - we all did! And the server, Trinity, was perfect for our table. My husband ordered the wrong meal by mistake and we were prepared to take it home, while adding what he really wanted to the bill. “12.22.23. I always love eating here. It's a place where my grand children and family don't have to choose a particular entre and wonder if it's going to be good and to their taste. There is a tremendous selection to fit everyone's palate. Our family has been going here since opening day and are never disappointed. One grandson favors his own blend of food at the stir fry, another likes the susi and the grandaughter likes the sampler, a small taste of everything. All like the fruit and chocolate bar and of couse cookies and ice cream. I prefer the shrimp, general's chicken, steak and the cheesy crab bake. Staff are attentive and friendly. This is alway a top go to place in the area.“

“Maddie was our server and she was wonderful. Came on a Sunday. Two couples. Very disappointed they were out of hummus. Settled for the Greek salad and it was just ok. Tiny piece of feta and two olives the rest was mainly greens. Husband had the same salad with salmon. Small piece of salmon but well cooked. Friends had a Rueben sandwich that he said was just ok and they also had a salad that they said they would not order again. Have been coming here since they opened. Brought our children and now our grandchildren. Hoping it was just an off night. Place has great atmosphere.“
