This is the best hoagie restaurant in the world! I fly in from CA just to eat hoagies from this Caruso's. The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, and it's worth becoming a regular customer. Thank you to the owner and Caruso's in Silver Springs for setting the bar high!
This place is the best. The food is delicious, the prices are good and the staff is awesome. The manager is extremely nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend them. Definitely a 5 star rating.
Our family had lunch there today 9/18/22 what an awesome lunch we had. The BEST cheesesteaks we’ve ever eaten. The rolls used for these sandwiches was delicious. We’ll definitely eat here every time we are visiting in Lancaster!

Based on the reviews, Caruso's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in Silver Spring is a nice place to go and eat. The pizza is very good, and the food is top notch and delicious. The food gets done very fast with good quality. Good food portions are served, and the restaurant offers good cheesesteaks, good roast beef sandwiches, delicious cheese roast pork sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, and delicious cheese fries. The best hoagie restaurant in the world is here. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and casual. The owner cares and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. When there was a miscommunication with the food, the owner couldn't apologize enough. Another time, the owner had someone deliver missing condiments for party subs to a customer in Wrightsville. The customer service is awesome. It's worth becoming a regular customer.
