Not only did she go above an beyond to answer all about our questions about the menu, she made suggestions, was efficient, and most of all was friendly the entire time. She cared. Her job mattered. I am so truly impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to all of her tables as well as her boss! she was the only waitress with multiple parties and still made it the best experience! We will absolutely be back!“

“Small but great pretzel place!! I got a pizza pretzel which was a hefty croissant shaped pretzel STUFFED with pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce. It was soooo good and hearty. I got it on a whim and greatly enjoyed it. I also got a regular salted pretzel that was very good, nice chewy and doughy! I highly recommend a stop in if you like pretzels.“

“Just had dinner at Bird-in-Hand Restaurant- the smorgasbord was amazing! So many choices! Everything was hot and delicious. The cheeseburger soup was very good! The homemade rolls- very yummy! Stefan and Mila are 2 wonderful people with a passion for pizza that elevated our wedding food to a whole new level! If you want a pizza food truck for your wedding, you have got to book these guys! “An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Lancaster. We will definitely be back. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. They have hardwood floors in the rooms instead of carpet which is so refreshing! Staff were friendly and joyful. It’s a beautiful resort and the restaurant food was delicious and well cooked. This is the best buffet I’ve ever been too. Tastes like home cooking!“

“They had the most consistently good flight of beers from all the taprooms I have visited. Not a “meh” in the bunch. The Baked Pumpkin Ale is in my Top 5 I’ve had at a taproom. Great burger and the only knock would be the blackened shrimp were a tad salty.“

“After a long day of galavanting and shopping in Lancaster PA, my wife and I settled on Red Robin on East Lincoln highway for a 8:45pm Friday night dinner, partially because she knew she could find something there to work with her gluten free preferences. We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“

“The service was good. However, they ran out of chicken salad, bacon, and tomato’s—this happened at dinner time around 5:25pm. They said it was because of the concert at AMT but there are always concerts there and we always go to Panera before the concert and this has never happened before.“

“My recent Tuesday evening visit to Applebee's was a positive experience. I was happy that they have later operating hours and ordered two meals. The restaurant was clean and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Christopher J., the manager was very patient and welcoming. I enjoyed talking to Chris, while I waited just a short time for my meal. He refilled my iced tea for me before I left. The two meals of 6 oz. sirloin and grilled chicken, which included garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli were delicious. The only reason I gave the food a 4 out of five rating was that the sirloin had an area of tough to chew meat. I would be happy to return to Applebee's again when I am visiting Lancaster.“
