“My kids and I stayed Monday-Wednesday. The lodge and water works are gorgeous and clean! Everyone was polite! I got coffee both mornings at the coffee shop! Decently priced and friendly service! The room was a whole different story. We were in the Reese’s tower and everything was outdated, dingy, and dirty. I called 30 min after we got there and they send a young man with a rag and spray bottle. You could not even see in the mirrors, dust was everywhere, crown molding falling apart and pulling off the walls. The tub and sink were chipping and had hair leftover in them. When I walked to the coffee shop you can see the difference when you leave the Reese’s tower and enter kisses tower/hershey tower. I do wish they showed more concern about the condition of the room and update that tower asap. I would never stay in that tower again. It was gross. I do have video and photos.“

“My husband and I dined here last night. it was our first experience at The Mill,and everything was spectacular. I chose the porterhouse bone-in pork chop,while he had the seasonal duck. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. We also really enjoyed the rustic/industrial atmosphere. We will definitely be back!“

“BEST BURGER IN HERSHEY! My wife and I have come to this restaurant many times but it’s the Ole Standby burger that keeps us coming back. We’ve tried many other menu items and have never had a bad meal. The drinks are great, the atmosphere is great, and the service is great. It’s one of our go to date night spots. “I'm from NJ, we have amazing little ice cream shops all over!! I'm not talking about dairy queen or cold stone (not that there is anything wrong with those places.) I haven't found a place like what I'm used to since I moved here. I happened to be in the Duncannon area a while ago and we were coming up on that location so I asked my wife to stop..It was AMAZING!! Since then I have been to this location a couple times and the funfetti dough is soo good!! The kids are nice, and very quick..they definitely work as a team which is nice to see these days.“

The food is always unique, the draft beer selection is second to none in this town (have to go to Lancaster city or Harrisburg to compete with this). Music selection is good, servers are chill... I don't get why this place isn't packed. If u pass thru Etown u need to go to the Black Gryphon.“

“My wife and I were in the area from Buffalo NY to pick up a rescued GSD puppy and visited Lancaster Brewing Restaurant/Bar while staying close by We had GREAT wings and wonderful beverages! We were at bar and our Bartender Destiny was the sweetest most accommodating server we’ve been privileged to wait on us absolutely the best, we loved the complete experience including all staff we had the pleasure of encountering! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting great food,service, and atmosphere! Wish you were in Buffalo NY area! PS we have many breweries in our area but Lancaster is the best! “We dined at Devon’s for the first time tonight and the experience was absolutely impeccable. We were seated quickly and greeted right away by our server, who immediately made us feel welcome. She asked if we were celebrating anything special, and tonight just happened to be our 5th anniversary. She went above and beyond by getting our children’s meals out first, which we truly appreciated. The food was incredible from start to finish. To top it all off, she left the sweetest note on our bill and surprised us with dessert. “Wife and I just enjoyed an excellent dinner. Isabella was our server and she couldn't have been more wonderful and very attentive. I ordered my favorite meal - the grande dinner and as always it was delicious and very filling. Wife always tries something different. Tonight it was the Hawaiian Chipotle Burrito with grilled pineapple salsa. She raved about it. The host (who may have been the owner) and hostess were very accommodating assisting us with seating for my wife who is handicapped. The only drawback was we unknowingly went on trivia night and the acoustics were not very good.“

During our most recent visit, my husband and I. we're taken back to what appeared to be management decision. While we were eating, we overheard management approach a booth with two women, a man and a child say that that table had a reservation and the party has arrived, So they will need to finish. Up. Although the family was clearly close to leaving, the young child was still drinking his soda and seemed disappointed that he needed to leave it behind. The situation seemed very uncomfortable and unnecessary, since they appear to be wrapping up on their own.. The was very disappointing to hear, considering that there should have been some kind of an overflow for this type of situation. Sincerely Disappointed !!“

“I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“Came here with a group of at least 25 and staff treated us nicely and with efficiency. They served us relatively quickly and the server was super nice. The food was good, my friends got the steak which was a tad bit overcooked, and the mashed potatoes were inedible, and the broccoli was mushy, other than that, very decent food. We also had people get the Black Peppered Seared Tuna Steak which was decent, and the Philly Cheese Steak Potato which was said to be amazing. I got the Old Bay seasoned traditional wings which were delicious. The fries were also very fresh. They also had some arcade games and slot machines. Overall, decent sports bar👍“
