We dined at Devon’s for the first time tonight and the experience was absolutely impeccable. We were seated quickly and greeted right away by our server, who immediately made us feel welcome. She asked if we were celebrating anything special, and tonight just happened to be our 5th anniversary. Very loud atmosphere. We ordered surf and turf. My mashed potatoes were cold, so cold they wouldn’t even melt the butter. I informed the waiter and he brought me a new side dish of potatoes. That plate was not much better. My wife’s meal was extremely salty. Actually nasty. She ordered her steak medium, but the center, half inch thick, was raw.
