Calvin was so friendly and everything was delicious!!
Its like a nice place, but a little too bare bones atmosphere, and a little high on the prices. They discontinued the coconut water which goes so well with the coconut bowls and smoothies. Such small spoons, like to make it last longer? IDK? Still gave it 4 stars and a tip. But i walked away with a med bowl and a drink, 3$ tip, and it was over 20. So 4 stars, I'm not rich, and most people have crazy bills. Might wait for changes there for return trip? IDK?

SoBol Lancaster is a place where the staff is very friendly and always pleasant. The bowls are full of flavors, especially the Acai bowl with peanut butter. Customers keep coming back because of the excellent service and tasty granola. The bowls are light, fresh, and have a good consistency, with high-quality fruit and granola that really top them off well. It's a great spot for a quick, healthy, and satisfying snack that won't disappoint. Plus, there is plenty of parking nearby, and it's conveniently located next to a retail store. The staff greets everyone with a smile. They have a nice healthy option on Rohrerstown Road, with variety beyond granola and fruit, including Belgian waffles and egg bites. The Mango Pineapple bowl is a great meal before the gym, with super fresh and flavorful fruit, absolutely loaded with pineapple, mango, banana, strawberries, blueberries, coconut and honey. They offer dessert meals that are good for you. The Açaí was good, not too bad. It is pretty pricey though, and it was hard to find because you have to drive through the gas station parking lot to get there.
