“Very friendly staff was in drive thur we only had misty misty and a milkshake and they all loved their drinksKid-friendliness: Always the staff has smiles on their faces and little kids love happy people or at least my kids do and grand kids“
“The past few times we went, there was always a problem. I tried to be patient, I understand short staffing etc. But these times, there were plenty of staff... they just don't care. One time I ordered mozzarella sticks with our meal through drivethru and of course didn't get them. I went right back and went inside and they didn't even have then sitting there from not giving to me. I had to wait for more to be made. I asked where the ones were I paid for because it literally was 2 min ago and she said she threw them away already.... doesn't make sense but ok. Today we went through and ordered our food ( including mozzarella sticks ) and got home to eat. ( Now we live literally 5 min away ). The first 2 mozzarella sticks were ok, then we got one that was so old the cheese was hardened and yellow orange inside. It literally cracked in half when we pulled it apart. This is not short staffing problems, this is employees not caring. Handing out old food, not reading slips properly..... And when addressed, they don't care. You get the looks and attitude like you are the problem and not them. No apology or anything. Very horrible customer service and food quality....“
“Pulled in for a quick lunch after doing some shopping in Palmyra. Dining area was clean, ordered food was around lunch and it came quickly. I believe it was the manager that brought it over to our table she was very friendly and nice, asked us if we needed anything else. The other staff walking around, taking food out the cars and cleaning up seemed capable and attentive. As far as fast food establishments go this had a more restaurant feel to it while we were there. We appreciated the service and the food was good. It was also a two-for-one deal when ordering from the kiosks which was a pleasant surprise.“
“Tonight I stopped by Wendy’s and as usual the place was packed! I already had a confusing order (2 orders with coupons) on top of the girls headset not working properly and a LOT going on in the drive thru and dining room. I must say I’m impressed with how those two girls at the window and their team handled it! Not only did my food come out great, and warm …they actually remembered all my daughters sauces for her nuggets! Lol, even on the slowest of days they always forget the dang sauces ?. Anyways, good job ladies!“
“Passed by this place on my way to Hershey and was in the mood to try a different restaurant than the usual Piazza Sorrento. Ordered a cheesesteak with a side of Old Bay fries. Hands down, one of the better places that makes a good cheesesteak. Exactly as the business name states: Stuffed! Packed with meat in every bite....even the end piece. Cheese was nicely blended in the meat; not like some places that cook the meat and place the cheese on top of the meat and serve it to you. Not greasy so you don't have to worry about a soggy bottom roll. The old bay fries came out hot with just enough seasoning. The side of ranch was the perfect dipping combination. Although the restaurant will be moving to a different location, it's a good lunch option if you're in the Hershey area. Wish I would have tried this place sooner!“
“We stopped in after going to Hersheypark. Our local Fuddruckers is closed so the nostalgia kicked in. The service and food were on point. I had a large burger with bacon, fried mushrooms and fried onions. I love the fact that you can get your own toppings and condiments from the self serve bar. The hot cheese is a plus for my fries. I'll stop in again when I go to HP.“
“So, we made a trip to buns and wings and I must say, I'm impressed. I did the make your own berger and had it loaded. And omg, it was absolutely delicious. And the soup, was amazing. I will definitely go back. And the 2 gentleman that were in there were super friendly and easy to talk to .“
“For once, I had a good experience at the Red Robin, it still was not the best. I have been to a lot of Red Robin locations throughout the USA, and the best locations are unselfish with fries because potatoes are the most unselfish item to serve. Bottomless fries are never a priority at this particular location, and the baskets are always barely filled. Maybe an investment in more deep fryers would be helpful...I dunno. We were never offered bottomless fries, or a refill, but our burgers were good. The digital menus at each table should be enabled for requesting drinks and fries and dipping sauces, since after 5 visits to this location we have never been offered these items. Anyway, here's a picture of a good burger, Lava Queso Burger or something...it was tasty.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place, that's why we went.“
“Great, accommodating and kind staff. I made an online order ahead of time. By responding to the text prompts, the staff made sure my burger was made with perfect timing such that it was fresh off the grill right when I walked in. It was clear they were willing to go the extra mile, well beyond what's expected.Parking: If you can't find parking here, you may want to turn inward first“
“I find this a comfortable place to dine when I am alone. The food is good and the service staff is very accommodating. The restaurant has been around forever, so it is not really fancy, but they have remodeled lately. Try the chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting...OMG!!!“
