“Planning to meet you from New York I’m always looking for a good burger place. I’m so glad we decided to try here tonight. The staff was amazing friendly and accommodating lady so I didn’t know her name was so happy to be where she was working. She was pleasant and just happy something nice to see the food was amazing on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 15. I have the Hawaiian burger, everything’s prepared the way I requested the fresh cut fries salted perfectly. I will definitely return here whether I move to this area or another. Oh, did I mention the prices were great.“

“This is the first place I would call a true burger joint that I have seen in a long time, and was refreshing to visit this hole in the wall Charming eatery. All the burgers are fantastic, the vintage decor gives an air of simplicity and old school charm. Everybody is friendly, and the owner will talk for as long as you like should you have the pleasure of running into him while you are here. Although the place was packed when we came, we were served quickly, with a smile, and everything we had was wonderful. Best french fries I have had since moving here from New York City. Highly recommended!“

“***Philadelphia Steaks as alternative*** Jackson is good, but don't always answer and get backed up. BUT, this happened to me today and it lead me to the Philadelphia Steaks Hoagies along Walnut street, which is about one mile from Jackson House. So next time you want Jackson and they're too busy, definitely check out the Steaks place. Similar vibes/feels, but not pushy or "Philly rude". I hear this place also gets backed up, and it was recommended to order when they first open. I called about 10 mins before open to pick up the order. They also asked for the pick-up time, (rather than telling me the "20 minutes"), which I appreciate. I got a small cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions - it was a nice full sub size with excellent roll.“
