I usually don't write "reviews" of fast food places, but I know how much of a struggle it is to run and maintain these places, so I feel good words are in order from a recent visit to one of your restaurants.
We're from Brooklyn, NY and we've been to more than a few BK's in and around our area over the past 20 years. Big fans :-)
This particular BK in Harrisburg was very clean (with a nice, clean bathroom as well), and had great service. Robert was our server.
I have to be honest when I say that the double-whoppers w/cheese that we enjoyed there on Tues 9/10/24 and Thurs 9/12/24 (early afternoon each time) were absolutely the juiciest, tastiest, most perfect whoppers we've EVER eaten at ANY Burger King. Seriously.
So much so that following our 9/10 meal, we made it a point to ask Robert if we could please speak to the cooks. We thanked them, and told the cooks how great the whoppers tasted (the fries were fabulous, as well) and how perfectly prepared everything was. The cooks thanked us profusely, and said "welcome to the best Burger King in Pennsylvania." I told them that I was sure they were correct.
We were on a brief vacation around your area and we loved this restaurant so much, we stopped by again for the same order two days later, and once again: great service and fantastic-tasting whoppers and fries. And Robert, of course.
Please pass this information on to the owner of this particular restaurant.
Robert was a hard-working front line server and the cooks prepared the food perfectly.
Finally, I wanted this location (and BK in general) to be aware: when I tried to call the customer service # for BK: (866) 394-2493, I got nothing but a busy signal, and then the line automatically disconnects EACH TIME. Tried sporadically over two days. Please fix this.“
