The service is always great and personable and the food is consistently awesome. I come at least once a week and usually twice. I've never had an issue until tonight. I ordered my usual, a plain cheeseburger with bacon. But tonight there was yum sauce, which I detest Unfortunately it went straight in the trash. Mistakes happen and it's not a big deal, but I was really looking forward to the burger after a long day at work.
The food here is always the best. It's like if 5 guys was reasonably priced and tasted 5x better. Had a small issue with my order today and customer service was also on point. Check em out.

I love this place! I actually had the best hotdog of my life here today. Mustard, chili, & slaw is my classic order wherever I go, but tonight definitely ruled them all — the best I’ve ever had! For sizing/scale I can definitely say that these babies were *thick* and I could only finish one at a time. Delicious! — 10/10!
