“4 of us got the brisket. All 4 were like old leather. Very dry.... Food was ok at best. Atmosphere was interesting. Almost a fight at the bar. Then a girl could barley walk getting up from the bar to leave. Just not the same.”

“You walk in this place and look behind the counter and you just know that you're about to have the best pizza you've ever had. That kitchen is organized chaos lol. Bartolo's Special sicilian is my go-to here. I wish they had some version of online ordering/delivery, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Best place around to get a pizza!”

“Smoked shrimp, corn chowder: delicious. Classic Reuben & potato salad: very good. Good size portions. Correctly made Reuben (doesn’t always happen). Overall a good dining experience. Came in at 5pm on Saturday evening, full house but didn’t wail more than a few minutes.”

“We were in the area for a soccer tournament and were looking for somewhere that could accommodate our team for lunch. They gave us the all clear when we called, and they did not disappoint! The staff was great and the food came out really fast. Our family shared a pizza (cheesy and a great crispy crust), but by the looks of a lot of empty plates, the sandwiches and steaks were good too! We would absolutely eat here again when we’re back in the area.”

“Yall I feel like I just had to come makes post about this. It warms my heart to know there are still amazing people out here I’m sitting here in the restaurant and this old man comes in to get his food and he’s very elderly with a cane and couldn’t walk very well and the lady working here ran to help him. She helps get his sauces and stuff in the bag then helped him out and into his car. I hope and pray the best for that lady I have an older dad and I hope and pray people treat him with that amount of compassion when he’s gets to that stage!! I 10/10 recommend this places !! The food is also very good !!! Just as amazing as the people that work here!!! The food is cooked with love ❤️”

“We stopped here after spending some time in Hershey to get a coffee. The guy behind the counter didn’t seem to happy to help, just some words he had to say, but helped nonetheless. We each got the Caramel Frappe and it was awesome. We went back Saturday but they closed at 3pm. If and when we get back to the area, we will stop and get another one. Treat yourself if you’re in the area!!!”

“We had such a lovely experience at this location today! My mom and I have dietary restrictions and need to limit our sugar intake. Today we stopped by hoping for a sugar-free option but unfortunately they didn’t have any out today. Instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch of sugar free mango-peach for us! We wholeheartedly appreciate the service we recieved today The staff was friendly and the service was quick, despite us having to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch (which we didn’t mind)! We will 100% be back to this location We love Rita’s due to their sugar free options as most dessert places don’t offer sugar free options Thank you so much for accommodating us and providing us with the best customer experience possible!”
