Went to lunch with a few classmates. Hadn’t been here in some years. The place is uniquely beautiful inside and out. The food and service were great!
My husband and I recently revisited Rising Sun for breakfast on a Friday morning, having previously enjoyed their dinner service, and our morning experience was equally delightful.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Katie R, who was training Jake. They efficiently seated us and promptly took our coffee order (a mimosa for next time is definitely on the radar!). Our food, the avocado toast and Rising Sun sampler, arrived quickly and was delicious.

Was there for dinner tonight typically it’s a busy place however, tonight we got there before 5 o’clock place our order and our food dinner arrive for 55 minutes. I ordered their muscle special that the bartenders had no clue what the specials even were and after my plate of muscle sat for 35 minutes, it was an edible. I’m not sure what happened there but management and the over serving of drinks brings this to a -5 for my experience there tonight good luck if you go there...read full review
