Great place to treat the family. Staff is always friendly. Hardly have any issues order dessert from this location.Suggestions: My family ordered 2 large mango gelati and twist yesterday. The twist was awesome, but the gelatis tasted very chemically. You need may to filter the water or change the filter going to the ice machine.Edit:Thank you so much for the reply The chemical taste was not the custard it was the mango favored ice in the gelati.
Honestly I do love Rita’s Italian ice and frozen custard however it is not me the taste me there it is my dog diamond. I swear she can read! Whenever she sees the Rita’s Italian ice sign she barks and she knows it is time for ice cream. I get her a vanilla frozen custard and she just loves it. So thanks Rita’s For making my dog very happy along with me to!
