The past few times we went, there was always a problem. I tried to be patient, I understand short staffing etc. But these times, there were plenty of staff... they just don't care. One time I ordered mozzarella sticks with our meal through drivethru and of course didn't get them. I went right back and went inside and they didn't even have then sitting there from not giving to me. I had to wait for more to be made.
