The past few times we went, there was always a problem. I tried to be patient, I understand short staffing etc. But these times, there were plenty of staff... they just don't care. One time I ordered mozzarella sticks with our meal through drivethru and of course didn't get them. I went right back and went inside and they didn't even have then sitting there from not giving to me. I had to wait for more to be made. The Whopper remains as one of the best sandwiches on the market, and the Impossible Whopper is simply the best vegetarian burger available. However, the sides are where BK has been faltering, and getting worse. The new chicken nuggets aren't just a decline in quality and taste from the old chicken tenders, they are frankly nearly inedible. The whopper is great, but the drive through service is terrible. Constantly, it's a 25 minute, wait with only three cars ahead of me.
