The reviews on here are a little harsh for what Shake Shack is. Food quality is great and only had to wait 5-10 minutes for it to come out. Atmosphere is definitely an elevated version of fast food style restaurants, Great for what it is!
Came on a busy Saturday. Every other restaurant around us was over a 45 minute wait. Shake Shack was busy but we received our food faster than Mc Donald's. Everything tasted great and fresh. As for other reviews about atmosphere, there's literally one wall, the rest is windows.
