“We live in Los Angeles. We were visiting family in Philly and came to Lancaster for the day on a Monday when most of the restaurants were closed. Someone steered us to The Coffin, and we had an excellent time. The food was delicious, and we were particularly delighted with the bao buns. They were just as good as the pork belly buns that were our favorite dish at an LA Asian restaurant that closed during the pandemic. Service at The Coffin was prompt and cordial, and the decor was a kick. Highly recommend.“

There were so many great options that it was hard to choose, but the cheesesteak was absolutely top tier! Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. “So before you bring kids, known it's a bar first. They have a seating area that is separate from the bar so you can eat if you want. Food is very good, serve is great as well. I took my son in to eat & they were so accommodating they made him something off the menu then cut it up so he could eat it with ease. I so greatly appreciated that. “Delicious meal (Crab cakes are so good) and so was the cheeseburger slider with upgrade of salad - so fresh and big enough for 2 to share. good selection of fun drinks and beers and very good service. Carmen our server was so helpful and worked hard caring for us and even saw her watering the lovely garden outside. The outdoor dining area is pretty and inviting but was too hot outdoors for us last night. Next time we go we will sit in the outdoor garden for dinner.“

I'm old enough to remember these kinda places in which the staff, food and service is super neutral and what I mean by that is you won't get hassled for being any kind of way. As long as you show respect you will be treated accordingly. It's up to you how ur experience goes here. If you're the type to be wined and dined this definitely not the place for you but you are creative have enough self esteem this is your place. Too many young people focus on the cleanliness and the old school attitude but I think that's exactly what sets it apart.“

“1st timer last night, it was wonderful! The servers were great, super nice and helpful. The wings were great! The wife and I split the tacos and cheesesteak egg rolls and they were spectacular.

“We always loved this place, but recently the food has been bland. We ordered today and the food is always good but the food we ordered had no taste and the soup I ordered was wrong. They told me they have the food I wanted but the boss wasn't there to cook it. The server told us they have new cooks, and last week my sister went there and told us the food was bad. Once again the server and service is always great. But the food has taken a downhill fall....“

“I have eaten at great Greek restaurants around the country. Yorgos was a nice experience but not the best I've had. The ambiance with comfy, quiet table and relaxing background music was the best part. We had French Onion soup and it did not compare to other local restaurants who offer it on their menu because it lacked enough seasoning and expected rich broth. Our entree, Gyros, only included one piece of pita so the should say Gyro. The accompanying salad was sparce. We will go to dinner here again and try other menu options“
