Firehouse Subs at Carlisle Commons offers high-quality, delicious subs with outstanding bread. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, making customers feel welcome. The store is clean, well-lit, and spacious. The company does a good job supporting local fire companies and showcases gear from those departments. The friendly employees are very helpful in recommending food items and help customers discover a new menu item. The custom sandwiches, including pastrami, ham, and roast beef, are highly recommended. Try the Captain Sorensen's sauce, a nice complement to most of their subs. The quality is excellent and the ingredients are fresh.
