I was greeted kindly as soon as I walked in.The staff is very helpful with suggestions and sizing. Ive never felt rushed when I order in store, the atmosphere is great. Had placed a catering order 5 days in advance for box lunches for a meeting, I called to check on my order that was to be delivered at 11:30a, for them to call me back 10 minutes later to tell me there was a communication error and did NOT have my catering order, but could get it whipped up and to me within an hour....little late for that!!!WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN!!!!

This was for a large catering order at a physician's office. The Turkey, Ham and Gilled Chicken Subs were a very nice size, tasted fresh and yummy with plenty of meat, fresh veggies and nice sub rolls.Cookies and Chips were also quite good! This is my first time using Firehouse Subs and if I do another lunch in this area, I'll definitely be using them!

Slow slow and slow again. Do not order here if you are hungry or in a hurry. It was delicious and the place looks neat but waited 45 min for just a take out sandwich. Had a lot of time to look at the brick wall and the yellow firetruck.

I walked into a Fire Sub at 8:55pm. The store closed at 9pm. I was planning on getting a cold sub so making it would have been quick. The worker refused to serve me saying they were closed. They literally were not as it was not yet 9pm. NEVER GOING BACK! Super rude!

Garlic bread promotion for an upcharge and its just them slabbing garlic butter on the normal bread making it soggy with burnt edges. Just weird.

Came in about 13 minutes before closing like a jerk. They were still very happy to serve me, seemed to enjoy their job which is a reflection of good leadership. Food was good as well. I’ll definitely return.

Order online and paid, when we went to pick up they were out of the one sandwich… bummer but ok. Oh wait they are also out of the juice both my kids want… ok. Get home and we are missing 2 brownies for the kids meals and the bowl of chili. Not to mention my husbands sub should have caramelized onions on it but had handfuls of raw onions that had barely been cooked. I call them and they inform me they were out at the time but can I just come back now and get them. Seriously? Our bag was closed up and stapled. Why did u let us leave if you didn’t have all the food in it, we spend almost $50 on everything. Can’t you just come back and get it is all he keeps saying. This was our first experience ever with a Firehouse subs and most likely our last, for sure never going to this one again.
