We drove up to Chambersburg on 04/21/24 to go to KFC because that is what my son wanted and the KFC's are terrible in Hagerstown and Waynesboro. We arrived around 8pm and the doors were locked even though the lobby is supposed to be open until 9pm. Saw Popeyes a few doors down and asked if they wanted to try it. Ordered a 12 piece only was given 8. I called and they said to come back (20 minute drive) and would give me 3 more pieces (still not 12 pieces). Manager said that is best they could do. We will go to KFC from now on.
