We drove up to Chambersburg on 04/21/24 to go to KFC because that is what my son wanted and the KFC's are terrible in Hagerstown and Waynesboro. We arrived around 8pm and the doors were locked even though the lobby is supposed to be open until 9pm. Saw Popeyes a few doors down and asked if they wanted to try it.
