Even tho store had at least 8 other family parties at all times during our 40 min stay in booth all employees were excited and happy during busy night. Great service from 3 employee interactions. 2 Ice cream cones and 2 dipped in chocolate, [it's ice cream] quality and taste, cold and lockable like they should be. Store was clean, fresh air all tables, chairs, door, counter, cook area, register were is great clean working condition.“
“Group of 6 bikers caught in a terrible rain storm. Pulled into this location and restaurant was locked, drive through only. Staff members Faith & Hunter invited us in. Provided coffee and meals. Just the fact that they were short staffed and very busy drive through, that they took the time to welcome and take care of our soggy group was simply exceptional service. “We visit this location a lot. Typically, fast and friendly service. This visit the food was great. However, the staff was slow for a Jersey Mike's. There was more talking amongst staff about non-work stuff and less attention to the customer. There was no apparent leader for the staff. Very disappointing!“
“Came in today to enjoy some fresh and delicious pizza. Walked in and was told that there would be a wait due to the dough machines being down. It didn’t take long for them to get one up and working and they were able to pump out pizzas like no other. Pizzas came out amazing and the staff was still friendly and helpful. Great service during a stressful time, this team was great even when the pressure was on.“

My tenders weren’t the most tender but the sauce made it better and my husband said his 2 piece had more breading than meat. The fries were fresh and hot and tasty. “I went to this Arby's for lunch time and the order taker was very polite and eager to assist with my order. I ordered from their specialty menu and received my meal. The food was hot, but they did mess up on my order and I had to return to get the food replaced. They apologized and remade my food and it was hot and made just as I had ordered. I don't put blame on the order taker because he took my order the correct way I gave it and said it back to me. I place the blame for the order not being correct with the food maker. I hope that they're just a little more careful with making orders to avoid wasting product and also so they don't have mad customers or even worse someone being allergic to something. Other than that, I appreciate their professionalism and recovery of the situation. Please give that order taker a promotion or a raise because he was awesome the entire time. I will definitely go back again especially if he's there.“

I just visited just for some jalapeno poppers, which were delicious as always, but ended up leaving with their new mac and cheese bites, too, which were the best I've ever had. I tend to do drive thru so I can't comment on inside atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu isn't much different from any other fast food place but love the kiddi cone coin option from the car wash.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have access to the restaurant.“
“I have been a Wendy's fan for decades, since childhood. This one is better than most, but not the best in my opinion. Like many the tables are all dirty but not gross. The bathroom and floor are decent and seem well maintained. Seems like a newer restaurant. It's hit or miss with customer service. Not horrible just not as friendly as I expect at a Wendy's.“
