So I upgraded my combo on theirnsyatem, but the very nice lady said the syatem would not let her upgrade, only add, so my $15 combo with upgrades online was $22 there oddly enough.
But the food was ready lightning fast. They just need to invest in useful tech platforms.“

“im not sure the gentleman's. name that delivered pur pizza today, but he is by far the nicest delivery driver ive met. we had a horrible experience with one delivery driver and this man made up for that today. he deserves a raise and to be recognized for sure. im Sorry I didnt get his name, but our delivery was on S. “This is by far the best Popeyes I visited yet. They are all kind, quick, respectful and generous. I’ve come through here several times so I know it wasn’t just a one-off. “We have already ordered here many times and love the food… when it’s actually fresh. Today I put in an order for 1:30-1:40 and when I arrived at exactly 1:30 the food was already on the shelf. However, as I was picking up the bag I could feel the food was already completely cold. Like no warmth whatsoever. It must have been prepared at least 10 minutes before I scheduled to pick up. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I just went home but my husband and I were very disappointed with the cold food. I also found a hair in my wrap. Please make sure employees are wearing a hair net or hat at least!

“The girls working were friendly, efficient and happy. The restaurant was clean and neat. When the customers had all been take. Care of Hannah and Nola wiped the counters and prep area down refilled all the condiments and were continually working - not standing around. This location also accepts printed paper coupons from the mail fliers. We WILL definitely be back!!!“

“Although it's busy during the height of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner hours, I recommend those times of day due to the fact that it's becoming a common practice to serve stale fries, and other items that can be kept in warmers. I prefer my food prepared fresh, so I don't mind waiting for quality. On this visit I arrived around 7pm, my fries were inedible as the were cold and hard. I also saw them pulling the burger from a warmer and adding the extra items to it that I requested. Cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. 🫤“
