Upon arriving home, I realized that instead of 3 pieces, I only received 2. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, Jen. She was incredibly kind and honest about the mistake, which I completely understood. Jen handled the situation professionally and offered to correct the error if I could return to the store that day or at another convenient time. This is a prime example of exceptional customer service.
