“I've experienced some slow movement at the drive-through at times. But in their defense, I often arrive during prime time for the dinner rush. I suppose the high volume of customers speaks enough for the quality they provide. They have won me over in the chicken sandwich war.“

“I would like to express my gratitude towards the manager at this location! There was a mix-up with our order, which I had placed online and picked up in person. Upon arriving home, I realized that instead of 3 pieces, I only received 2. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, Jen. She was incredibly kind and honest about the mistake, which I completely understood. Jen handled the situation professionally and offered to correct the error if I could return to the store that day or at another convenient time. This is a prime example of exceptional customer service.
