“I had the best hamburger and fries at BFC that I have had in many years, I usually order a hamburger and fries at any new restaurant, because that's the best way to see how good they are at what they do. This place deserves a 10 star review...I ate there several times when I was visiting family in Round Hill Va. I've had burger and fries from one side of the USA, this is the best. The fries are outstanding the buns and burgers are great, nice clean friendly environment. Wish I could get a dble bacon burger combo sent here to Wyoming!!!!“

“MOD Pizza is always a solid choice. The pizza was great like usual, and I’ve never really been disappointed coming here. I like being able to get exactly what I want on my pizza without making it complicated. Good pizza, consistent quality, and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.“

But I’d give corporate and local ownership a one-star rating for their “modernization” which lead to a factory-feel, assembly-line approach to customer service. Removal of the large menus and replacing human interaction with four large self-service monitors, leaves one feeling like a robot expecting 3D printed sandwiches. I realize this is probably cheaper in the long run, but it feels cheaper too, with a diminished sense of customer value. I also realize the digital age has turned many people into zombies who would rather not communicate with the staff, but those people can continue to place their digital orders via phone, as usual. The last thing I want to do is touch some dirty monitor that’s been handled by the “zombies” before me, right before the consumption of finger foods. Considering Purcellville has many other great lunch places, I don’t foresee being a continued local Subway customer.“
