“I normally just order ahead when I go here because they can get quite busy. The staff is always so friendly despite how busy they can get. They always remind me to grab my chips! I'd have forgotten if it weren't for them. They always also make sure to ask if I need anything else. The sandwiches are always spot on, too! I normally just go for the tuna.“

Nearly every single time something is wrong or it’s never ready when the app says it is ready.Today I watched about 10 people walk in the store, order, and leave before they even started my online order, then they couldn’t find it. Something must be broken with the online ordering because often it just sits on a shelf somewhere. They found the sub with no sticker, opened it to see if was mine, then handed it to me nice and room temperature. The store is run by a bunch of teenagers who could not care less and are never apologetic. Do yourself a favor and just go down a block to the deli, or across the parking lot to Harris Teeter deli. #done“
