“This is one of the cleaner and nicer Subways in the area. I’ll drive the extra few miles to come here rather than the locations in Martinsburg. The bread is always fresh, never stale and hard as a rock. The employees are always nice and the tables are always clean.“

The only complaint I have is that I ordered a 16 piece chicken with biscuits and potato wedges but I didn’t get any chicken breast in my meal. If you are ordering family size meals- just get someone's attention at the counter- you may need to flag someone down as they do not greet- possibly assuming you can oder from the self serve terminal. Other than that, the food was really good - cole slaw and biscuits on point- mash potatoes are instant but the brown gravy makes up for it.“

“I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. “The pizza was phenomenal especially when the ingredients are fresh. There is nothing better than having your favorite pizza toppings added to your pizza your style and liking and then placed into the oven. The pizza dough is a thin medium crust which will hold all of your toppings, and then that 1st bite makes it all the worth while. By the way, I had my pizza made my way and my wife had her pizza her own way. We left content and happy with some leftovers that would not be unattended later.“

“Being new, the inside and outside is impeccable. The staff appears to be in good spirits and are very approachable.

My wife and I created our own breakfast sandwiches and were amazed of the flavor and quality.

“My food was great, and my large cheeseballs were huge. However, dont plan to preorder onlin when I tried to order online the uber delivery requiremement made it all choke. So I upgraded my combo on theirnsyatem, but the very nice lady said the syatem would not let her upgrade, only add, so my $15 combo with upgrades online was $22 there oddly enough.
But the food was ready lightning fast. They just need to invest in useful tech platforms.“

“Today I picked up a catering order of 6 subs. 5 of the 6 subs were correct. I called to let them know the last was to be a tuna and not Turkey. The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond. The driver refused our tip even when we tried. Thank you for being an amazing business in our community.“
