Yes this place actually exists, despite reviews stating otherwise. It is inside the Liberty gas station. Customer service isn't spectacular, but I wouldn't call it bad. They take your order and hand you your food. No fanfare.“

“Today I picked up a catering order of 6 subs. 5 of the 6 subs were correct. I called to let them know the last was to be a tuna and not Turkey. The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond. “Wawa is new to this area. I knew them from Pennsylvania. Happy to have them. I believe they are a huge leap ahead of others offering similar amenities. The food is quick and coffee is in my opinion better than that donut place. I believe it will take significant business from some of the fast food places.“

“Cashier was very professional and friendly. Good value, tasty sandwich and curly fries. We usually stop in Nitro on our travels to and from Ohio to NC., because we know we will get a hot lunch.“

“Although it's busy during the height of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner hours, I recommend those times of day due to the fact that it's becoming a common practice to serve stale fries, and other items that can be kept in warmers. I prefer my food prepared fresh, so I don't mind waiting for quality. On this visit I arrived around 7pm, my fries were inedible as the were cold and hard. I also saw them pulling the burger from a warmer and adding the extra items to it that I requested. Cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. 🫤“

“It's Taco Bell, we all suffer from our cravings once in awhile. Got a kick out of their drive through attempts to mimic Chick-fil-A success model by having someone take your order prior to pulling up to the menu board even when I was the only car there. Poor fella outside, it was a hot day.“

“We do like the fish and chips platters for sure. When you pick your sides, be sure you choose the standard/included sides unless you want a nice upcharge. Having said that, my wife and I split a fish/chips platter and barely touched the side dishes. We were very happy with both the food and the service. We stop here a couple times a year like clock and it has always been good.“

“We have already ordered here many times and love the food… when it’s actually fresh. Today I put in an order for 1:30-1:40 and when I arrived at exactly 1:30 the food was already on the shelf. However, as I was picking up the bag I could feel the food was already completely cold. Like no warmth whatsoever. It must have been prepared at least 10 minutes before I scheduled to pick up. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I just went home but my husband and I were very disappointed with the cold food. I also found a hair in my wrap. Please make sure employees are wearing a hair net or hat at least!

Care of Hannah and Nola wiped the counters and prep area down refilled all the condiments and were continually working - not standing around.
