“Came in today to enjoy some fresh and delicious pizza. Walked in and was told that there would be a wait due to the dough machines being down. It didn’t take long for them to get one up and working and they were able to pump out pizzas like no other. Pizzas came out amazing and the staff was still friendly and helpful. “After a bad experience in the chik fil a in Purcellville I haven’t really been to chik Fil a in about a year, but I went to this one on a whim and it was great. Got helped by Chase and Keagan (I think?) and they were great and the food was in my hands before I had time to step away from the register.“

“I went to this Arby's for lunch time and the order taker was very polite and eager to assist with my order. I ordered from their specialty menu and received my meal. The food was hot, but they did mess up on my order and I had to return to get the food replaced. They apologized and remade my food and it was hot and made just as I had ordered. I don't put blame on the order taker because he took my order the correct way I gave it and said it back to me. I place the blame for the order not being correct with the food maker. I hope that they're just a little more careful with making orders to avoid wasting product and also so they don't have mad customers or even worse someone being allergic to something. Other than that, I appreciate their professionalism and recovery of the situation. Please give that order taker a promotion or a raise because he was awesome the entire time. “Your typical fast food place. Most food we get here is good. Their chicken salad sandwich is very, very good and it makes 2 meals for me. Everything we've ordered has been fresh and hot. Employees at the drive-up are always pleasant. It's not as greasy as some other places and the crinkle fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and usually too hot to touch. Those are good.“
