Food is great and yummy! Staff is friendly and helpful. Customer service doesn't exist anymore these days , but here it does! I was greeted as soon as I got to the sales counter. Only giving one four stars because it's a bit pricy and I wish the burger was bigger (width wise) just so I can enjoy the sandwich more. Over all, Five Guys is pretty solid.
Great service, was greeted as soon as I entered, staff were friendly and polite. Food was good, fries were crispy and warm. The seating area was also clean, which was a definite plus.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible tables that are specially marked, but no button for the entryway ?.

$11 for a burger now, yikes. Don't get me wrong, they are still good burgers, but they have nearly doubled in price in just a few years. I guess increased price is better than decreased quality, but I would rather spend that much at a locally owned non-corporate place.
