The lady working at the front counter had an attitude from the moment she approached us and asked what we wanted. We proceeded to place our order, and she slammed the cups down on the counter. Throughout the entire interaction, she continued to have a rude and unpleasant attitude toward us, as if we had personally done something to upset her. The experience was very uncomfortable.
