If you order on the weekend you get less food (for me) and have made mistakes on my order (left off the tomato, lettuce, or cheese etc.) They use quality meats and a variety of cheese. Care of Hannah and Nola wiped the counters and prep area down refilled all the condiments and were continually working - not standing around.
