Since when is Ken from Barbie working at Jersey Mikes in Charles Town? 🤣
If I can give this place a 10 stars I would, the resilience, kindness, helpfulness, power thinking was spot on even when things were overwhelming the entire time held it together and helped each other. We had a big order and they were training someone so things could be missed and a line was starting but they still got through it without any attitude or exasperation. Thank you all again we enjoyed our dinner!
Pretty good place to eat at I enjoy their subs

Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant known for its good prices and customer service. It offers a variety of subs, with the Buffalo chicken and ranch being a popular choice. The app can be used for discounts and speedy service. The manager, Brandon, is praised for his efficiency and politeness. While the dining space is somewhat limited, the restaurant is generally clean, although some customers have noted that the prep station could be cleaner. The soda machine is usually functional, but there have been instances where the service was slower than expected, possibly due to having too many workers on the line. Some reviews mention that the atmosphere can be a bit cold, and there are concerns about the cleanliness and high prices, likening it to the Five Guys of subs. Despite these issues, Jersey Mike's is a recommended spot for a family meal or a quick bite, especially for those who prefer a more personalized service compared to other subway restaurants. Customers appreciate the restaurant, especially during special visits, and it remains a favorite choice for many.
