Applebees is honestly my go-to place for food and the vibe of the place I love it, but recently had a poor experience with a manager Jay :(. There was no need to be rude because of a discount I didn’t know was applicable or NOT due to my girlfriend working there. Besides it only knocked off 2.78 cents from the original price. But all in all I love the place and most importantly the delicious food (Chicken Alfredo with NO BROCCOLI) YUMMY!
Thank you Nina for restoring my faith in Applebee's! Not only was the service fast and accurate but the kitchen was fast and fresh! What a great way to end a very long and stressful day. Its servers like you that make the service industry look good!!!
At first we were taken to be seated next to a very large, noisy group having a birthday party while the otherside of building was completely empty! I asked young girl to be seated away from noise but she acted as if it weren't possible? Corey, the young man that came to serve us, immediately took us over to the quiet side and went out of his way to make our dinner extremely enjoyable!
